About Me
- Name: Bri
- Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, United States
I am a mermaid living in Minnesota, but I am moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2008. I'm an energetic, happy girl who forgets she's a grown-up sometimes. I'm raising a terrific teenager and have a busy, joyful life. I'm in my last year of grad. school, getting a master's in counseling psych. I work part-time from home as a proofreader and editor, and I perform as a classical pianist. I also work as a Pure Romance consultant (ask me more if you are a woman over the age of 18 and if you like to pamper yourself). I have a special man in my life and count myself lucky to love someone who also makes me laugh like nobody else.

Good for you Brina. I saw the thing on typos on Mikey's blog. I did a paper in college where I did a typo on the word organism. I did it 3 times on the same paper. I typed orgasm. Funny thing is the sentences made sense either way.
I am so excited for you to visit the Ocean. I miss living by it...you know the other MERMAID you named me. Gather seashells and seaweed for me! I will not be by it until Feb if our plans go well!
I am now officially caught up on your blog. Sorry for not coming by but I have been swamped and I decided to read and blog a little during eating my lunch today. Hope this finds you well. Would love to chat with you tomorrow if you can make it during the show!
Have a great start to your weekend!

Nice typos, Joeboy! Molly and ptfan, I am very, very happy to be a mermaid. I feel so fortunate that I can be there soon. I don't think I'll be bringing home any seaweed, but for sure I will bring home the sound and smell of the waves.
I haven't seen the ocean since 2001. My daughter has NEVER seen it. We need to change that.
Jess, you do, absolutely.
When I live out there (starting in summer 2008), you could fly to San Francisco and come see me, if you like!
Hugs,
Brina
P.S. Without the ocean? I feel like it's not real life. I know that sounds really weird, but I mean it. It seems to give life. I go there partly to get restored, like a vitamin for my soul.
