This is my attempt to turn a photo of me into a Warhol painting. It's me at the pool at my favorite hotel in Pacifica (CA) a year or two ago. Do you like it?

Thank you for your post. I agree with you. My real love and I do really put a lot of love and attn. to each other. That is one reason why I was so surprised that all these feelings came out of me for Simon. Some people say it's not a big deal to have a crush, things get dull and you need excitement, but for one, my man and I ARE exciting!! REAL exciting! and for two, usually a crush is when you like some one and they have no clue you are alive. Well, even though Simon is a celebrity, he and I are talking back and forth, so he is, well, REAL! I was thinking, My God, I'm flirting with Simon Townshend and he is flirting back! That's crazy. I am just going to try to act as if my man were listening to every word. If it wouldn't be appropriate to say in front of him I won't say it behind his back. Cuz really, if he were doing the same thing with another woman I would be crushed! Thanks for understanding I felt like an idiot writing it for the whole world to read, but I thought it was important for me to do so. Now I have to stick to my word.

Hi, I'm glad you like the Warhol look! I remember when I began playing with the photo, a year or more ago, how fun it was to play with the color and contrast.
Your idea: act as if your man is in the room listening to what you say/write to ST, now that's wise!
You might find that it dulls your flirting to imagine that being so.
I have "been there" in a couple of ways, so that's why I spoke up.
You were brave to write it.

P.S. By the way, I'm not saying that men and women shouldn't be free to make friendships and connections. That would be a ridiculous stance to take!
