Rachel Fuller and Pete Townshend performing "Just Breathe" for an intimate gathering of us at the Minneapolis Barnes & Noble store yesterday evening, before the Who played for a much bigger group over across the Mississippi in St. Paul. I was the lucky girl to be there for both events. The photo on the left above is me and Mikey Cuthbert, talented singer/songwriter and "In the Attic" co-star with Rachel. Rachel, Pete, and Mikey were all very warm and genuine and it was a special pleasure to meet them after being in the blogger family with them for the past year-plus.
I'll write more about last night when I can get back here. I'm deeply consumed with my last week of grad. school for the semester and can't seem to spend too much time away from the books.

You totally lucked out to be able to see Pete and Rachel. I was at the Who concert, wish I had known about Barnes and Nobel's.
My friends got backstage passes and met up with Mikey. I was going to but the number of people going was only written down as 2, but they didn't meet Pete. Oh well maybe next time. Anywho, congrats ^ ^

Anyway, you're right. I did totally luck out, but I'd been planning on attending the Barnes & Noble thing for weeks and weeks. I'm in the midst of finals (grad school) and told myself, 'You are going on December 8th whether you're swamped with studying or not." I'm so happy I went.
Wasn't the Who show amazing, too? Did your friend post her photos with Mikey already?
P.S. Do you like the new songs too? I love them.
